Deaf Child Hope International
Deaf Child Hope International is a 501(c)(3) founded in 2010 by JD King and headquartered in Papillion, Nebraska. The organization partners with Christian missions and ministries around the world to reach Deaf children living in poverty, children who often have no access to food or clean water, no clothing, no shelter, no safety, no medical care, and no language at all, not even sign language. DCH works to close that gap: connecting kids with sponsors, teaching sign language, providing an education, and sharing the Gospel alongside the basics every child needs.
We chose Deaf Child Hope because it addresses a need almost nobody talks about. Deaf children in poverty are often left without language, without education, and without much of a chance. DCH gives them all three, along with the Gospel. It felt like the kind of work worth putting our time and money behind.
