ATO is America's Leadership Development Fraternity, and Beta Tau takes that seriously. Brothers lead committees, manage budgets, and run events inside the chapter, then serve across campus as Welcome Week Leaders, Life Group Leaders, Student Activities Council members, and Admissions ambassadors.

We live life together, competing in intramurals, growing in Bible study, and pushing each other academically. Being an ATO means lifelong friendships with guys who stand by you, plus a professional network that opens doors you won't find anywhere else.
Faith & Values
Faith and Values
Faith is what the chapter was built on. ATO was founded on Christian principles in 1865, and at Union that still shapes how we spend our time together. Brothers gather for Bible study, hold each other accountable, and grow in faith alongside the friendships that come with it.
Philanthropy
Deaf Child Hope International
Deaf Child Hope International works with Deaf children living in poverty around the world. Roughly 25 million of them grow up isolated, often with no language at all, not even sign language. DCH connects those children with sponsors who provide food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education, and the Gospel. Beta Tau has made them our chapter philanthropy because the need is real, most people have never heard of it, and $43 a month changes one child's entire life.
